In the Press: WIA Summit 2023

For nearly four days, over 1,100 women in agribusiness from across the U.S. (47 states to be exact) and globe (13 countries) took over the Renaissance Nashville Hotel and surrounding area to engage, network, and learn about everything ag at the 2023 Women in Agribusiness Summit.

We are grateful to those who joined us - whether they be attendees, sponsors, students, producers, partners or more -- for a conference that can be summed up by this attendee's comment: "This is the one can't-miss conference of the year because of the focus on empowering women through varying topics covering everything from personal to technical development. I don't know any other place you can get this much relevant content packed into a few days."

Attendees enjoyed workshops on negotiating your worth and engaging with the media, and tours to local Hatcher Dairy Farm, and fresh salad and fruit prep facility Taylor Farms in nearby Symrna, as well as a sweet visit to Goo Goo Clusters, the official candy of Nashville. Let's not forget the Members-Only MeetUp night, Women in Protein Dinner, and special reception, sponsored by Syngenta, at Ole Smoky Distillery.

Various interviews, including in-studio in Nashville, were done by RFD-TV, reporters from which were onsite all three days of the conference. Other outlets spread the word of the visionaries and trailblazers at the 2023 WIA Summit, which "elevates women and tackles some serious, critical topics in agribusiness."
